These days no company can avoid conducting its business in a way that takes mankind, the environment and society into account. At Van der Windt we think accepting our responsibilities in this area is quite simply the normal way to work which is why the Van der Windt Group, as part of Clondalkin, follows an active CSR policy. Over many years we have been implementing a wide range of measures aimed at operating in an environmentally responsible manner.
We have included biodegradable packaging in our range, focused on energy-savings in our operating processes and ensured our own lorries are fitted with cleaner engines. We are not there yet and over the coming years there will be even more focus on sustainable business operations because there is still a great deal more that can be achieved. Van der Windt is happy to accept the challenge.
